手沖沖煮|注水 30g,悶蒸 15秒。秤重計時不歸零,接著分兩段繞圈注水:
👉🏻 第一段注水到 210g,注完停於 40秒
👉🏻 待 1分10秒,開始第二段注水到 260g,注完停於 1分20秒
👉🏻 萃取到 1分30秒,即可將濾杯挪走終止萃取
